James Allen, Founder of Happy Jays, Inc has always wanted to experience the thrill of owning his own business.  However, he was not able to instantly do so.  James joined the Marine Corps at the age of nineteen and served for approximately ten years.  During this time, James completed his Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Following his exit from the military, James spent the next seven or so years working as a programmer.  During this period of James life, he continued to seek self improvement with the possibility of becoming a business owner himself.  Therefore, James completed a Masters degree in Information Systems.”This has been a dream come true.”, says James when asked how it feels to finally own his own business.

James has continued to work towards self improvement in hopes of giving the customer the very best he has to offer.  He is currently working toward a Doctorate degree in Organizational management and is certain it will only help the customer by ensuring a well run company.
